Facilities at EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld Holiday Park

You can hire your winter sports equipment directly at the valley station at Sölle Sport. Lessons and tours for various winter sports can be booked for children and adults at Alpe Adria Sports. Lessons can be organised individually or in groups. Every winter sports fan will find something to suit them: downhill skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, free ride, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, telemarking, tobogganing, heliskiing or avalanche safety training.

The heated indoor pool offers a magnificent view of the Alps. To enhance your well-being, we have set the water temperature of the indoor pool at a pleasant 30°C during the winter months.

The use of the indoor and outdoor pools is free of charge for guests of our holiday park. (Exception: Access to the entire AlpinSPA is not included for bookings with an ACSI Card).

In the sauna area of our holiday park, guests can relax in both summer and winter and enjoy a panoramic view of the Alps. There is an infrared cabin, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, various relaxation rooms (indoor and outdoor) and a salt stone chamber. Last admission is at 6:45 p.m.

Our saunas are a nude area - access is only permitted from the age of 14.

In addition to an indoor pool, you will also find an outdoor pool at EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld. Have fun or relax in the pool overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor pool is opened from around mid-May to early October and during the New Year's Eve holidays.

The WinterCard PREMIUM, which you receive upon arrival, allows you to take advantage of many activities and services in the region for free or at a significant discount. For example, you can store your skis directly at the ski resort during your stay, rent equipment at a discount and take advantage of ski service. The WinterCard PREMIUM also gives you free use of the region's ski buses. For more information about included services, please contact the reception.

Guided hiking and mountain bike tours, some of which cross borders, as well as children's adventure programmes are also available. At EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld, little ones can have a great time in the adventure playground.

Natural swimming pond
Our 500 m² natural swimming pond, idyllically situated a short distance from the outdoor pool area, is the perfect place to swim, relax and enjoy nature. With a depth of up to 4 metres, it offers a peaceful alternative to the outdoor pool and is open – weather permitting – from early June to late September.
Use of the natural swimming pond is free of charge for guests of our holiday park and is at your own risk.

Important information
•    For safety reasons, children under the age of 14 may only use the natural swimming pond when accompanied and supervised by an adult.
•    There is no lifeguard on duty at the natural swimming pond. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
•    For bookings made with the ACSI Card, entry to the entire AlpinSPA (indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna and natural swimming pond) is not included in the package.

The Mini Market is open 24 hours a day and is completely self-service. You can access the shop with a debit card or Apple Pay. Payment can only be made with a debit card or Apple Pay.

Fresh bread rolls from the local baker are available daily from 7:15 a.m., with a wide range to choose from. You can reserve your bread rolls the day before until 4:00 p.m., and they will be ready for you the next morning.

Friendly animals that enjoy being petted await you in the small animal world at the park. Please note that feeding is not permitted. Come and experience this special closeness to nature – an unforgettable experience for young and old alike!

If you like to work out with equipment or the weather is not good enough for outdoor sports, you can work out for a fee in the fitness studio right next to the park. In addition to classic training equipment and weights, various course units are offered for which you can register.  CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS: Mon 6 July – Sat 11 July 2026 – FIT will reopen on Monday 13 July.

The diverse surroundings and Lake Pressegger See are easily accessible via well-maintained cycle paths, inviting you to explore the varied Carinthian landscape. If you don't have your own bike with you, please contact our reception for more information. We offer bike hire at the reception.

In addition to bike rental, Alpe Adria Sports also offers exciting activities such as river tubing and mountain carts. More information can be found on their website.

Enjoying a holiday together with your dog? At EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld, your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome. While you relax among the Austrian mountains, your dog can enjoy nature, walking routes and the many opportunities to explore the surroundings together.

A dog leash policy applies throughout the park to ensure that all guests and animals can move around safely and peacefully. Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the park grounds. We kindly ask you to clean up after your dog to help keep the park pleasant for everyone.

The area around Hermagor-Nassfeld is perfect for long walks with your dog. Together, you can discover the beautiful Austrian nature, enjoy the mountains and explore the many walking routes nearby.

Good to know:

• Pets are allowed in selected accommodations
• Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park
• Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the park grounds
• A dog shower is available
• There is an agility park for dogs
• Organic dog treats are available at the reception
• The Happy Tails dog package is available as an extra

Guests can do their laundry at the holiday park for a fee. In the West sanitary block: modern washing machines and tumble dryers can be operated via an app or with a key  – in the Central sanitary block: washing machines and tumble dryers can be operated with a debit card or a key. Keys are available from reception. The park also features a dishwashing room, a tent drying room, a ski and storage room, and a hairdressing room with a large mirror and hairdryer. Dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid are available at reception for a fee.

Our holiday park offers three generously equipped sanitary buildings: Sani NORTH (G), Sani MITTE (I) with a special children's sanitary facility (H) and Sani WEST (T). For our younger guests, there are specially low washbasins, toilets and showers, which are designed with cheerful colours and drawings. All sanitary buildings offer well-maintained toilet facilities, showers and washbasins, as well as accessible toilets in Sani MITTE and WEST.
In addition, you can book private bathrooms with toilets – in the WEST sanitary building with a bathtub instead of a shower (only available here). For even more flexibility, we also offer rental toilets without a bathing area.
Please note that the WEST sanitary building (T) is only open from around mid-May to mid-September and is also available from around 26 December to 4 January.

Upon arrival, you will receive a guest card (+Card Holiday/Winter premium Card) that allows you to use the regional bus for free. So you can leave your car behind when you go skiing! The bus stop is right in front of the holiday park and will take you to Nassfeld. It is about a 20-minute drive to the ski slopes. You can find the bus times online or at reception.

Thanks to our live webcam at EuroParcs Hermagor · Nassfeld, you will be up to date with the weather conditions at the park at all times!

We have rooms with ski dryers and ski waxing. In our Alpine Lodges there is a room with a ski boot dryer. 

The ski bus stops directly opposite the holiday park on the main road and takes you to the nearby Nassfeld ski area and many other destinations!

The ski bus runs daily between St. Stefan – Hermagor – Tröpolach – Kirchbach – Dellach – Kötschach-Mauthen and Weissensee – Weissbriach – Hermagor.

At EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld, setting off fireworks is not permitted. For many years, we have consciously chosen a completely fireworks-free New Year’s Eve, so our guests, children and pets can enjoy peace, safety and relaxation.

Due to changes in legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year’s Eve 2026/2027. Only category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and party poppers) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks shows may take place when the required permits have been granted.

Please note that our fireworks-free policy only applies within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, professional fireworks shows may still take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used, depending on the local situation and regulations.

Important: No fireworks are allowed at EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld, including F1 fireworks.
