Facilities at EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld Holiday Park

You can hire your winter sports equipment directly at the valley station at Sölle Sport. Lessons and tours for various winter sports can be booked for children and adults at Alpe Adria Sports. Lessons can be organised individually or in groups. Every winter sports fan will find something to suit them: downhill skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, free ride, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, telemarking, tobogganing, heliskiing or avalanche safety training.

The slopes open on December 6th!

The heated indoor pool offers a magnificent view of the Alps. To enhance your well-being, we have set the water temperature of the indoor pool at a pleasant 30°C during the winter months.

The use of the indoor and outdoor pools is free of charge for guests of our vacation park. (Exception: Access to the entire AlpinSPA is not included for bookings with an ACSI Card).

In the sauna area of our holiday park, guests can relax in both summer and winter and enjoy a panoramic view of the Alps. There is an infrared cabin, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, various relaxation rooms (indoor and outdoor) and a salt stone chamber. Last admission is at 6:45 p.m.

Our saunas are a nude area - access is only permitted from the age of 14.

In addition to an indoor pool, you will also find an outdoor pool at EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld. Have fun or relax in the pool overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor pool is opened from around mid-May to early October and during the New Year's Eve holidays.

The WinterCard PREMIUM, which you receive upon arrival, allows you to take advantage of many activities and services in the region for free or at a significant discount. For example, you can store your skis directly at the ski resort during your stay, rent equipment at a discount and take advantage of ski service. The WinterCard PREMIUM also gives you free use of the region's ski buses. For more information about included services, please contact the reception.

Restaurant “Zum Basecamp”

Dear guests: the restaurant “Zum Basecamp” is temporarily closed - expected reopening at the beginning of February 2026.

Make new friends and play the best games in our play area. The kids will have a great time here, come rain or shine.

Guided hiking and mountain bike tours, some of which cross borders, as well as children's adventure programmes are also available. You can also use the regional bus service at no extra charge, are invited to try your hand at golf on the golf course and enjoy many other facilities. In addition, bonus partners offer generous discounts (approx. 30%). All information is available at reception.

At EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld, little ones can have a great time in the adventure playground.

A little further away from the outdoor pool, EuroParcs Hermagor · Nassfeld also has a natural swimming pond, where you can swim and relax. The swimming pond is opened from approximately the beginning of June until the end of September.

The Mini Market is open 24 hours a day and is completely self-service. You can access the shop with a debit card or Apple Pay. Payment can only be made with a debit card or Apple Pay.

Fresh bread rolls from the local baker are available daily from 7:15 a.m., with a wide range to choose from. You can reserve your bread rolls the day before until 4:00 p.m., and they will be ready for you the next morning.

Friendly animals that enjoy being petted await you in the small animal world at the park. Please note that feeding is not permitted. Come and experience this special closeness to nature – an unforgettable experience for young and old alike!

If you like to work out with equipment or the weather is not good enough for outdoor sports, you can work out for a fee in the fitness studio right next to the park. In addition to classic training equipment and weights, various course units are offered for which you can register.

The diverse surroundings and Lake Pressegger See are easily accessible via well-maintained cycle paths, inviting you to explore the varied Carinthian landscape. If you don't have your own bike with you, please contact our reception for more information. We offer bike hire at the reception.

In addition to bike rental, Alpe Adria Sports also offers exciting activities such as river tubing and mountain carts. More information can be found on their website.

Dogs are very welcome at EuroParcs! Our agility park is the perfect place for your dogs to run around and play. There is also a dog shower available. Organic dog treats are sold at reception.
We ask that you keep your dogs on a leash at the holiday park so that all guests and animals feel safe and comfortable.

Fresh pastries every day from around 7:15 a.m. – straight from the local baker!
You can get fresh pastries every morning in our 24/7 mini market – no need to pre-order! Just pick what you want, help yourself and pay conveniently by card. The perfect start to the day!

For a small fee, you can use our washing machines and dryers. There are dozens of washing machines and enough drying space to dry your laundry. You can also wash your dishes and dry your tent there.

Our holiday park offers three generously equipped sanitary buildings: Sani NORTH (G), Sani MITTE (I) with a special children's sanitary facility (H) and Sani WEST (T). For our younger guests, there are specially low washbasins, toilets and showers, which are designed with cheerful colours and drawings. All sanitary buildings offer well-maintained toilet facilities, showers and washbasins, as well as accessible toilets in Sani MITTE and WEST.
In addition, you can book private bathrooms with toilets – in the WEST sanitary building with a bathtub instead of a shower (only available here). For even more flexibility, we also offer rental toilets without a bathing area.
Please note that the WEST sanitary building (T) is only open from around mid-May to mid-September and is also available from around 26 December to 4 January.

Upon arrival, you will receive a guest card (+Card Holiday/Winter premium Card) that allows you to use the regional bus for free. So you can leave your car behind when you go skiing! The bus stop is right in front of the holiday park and will take you to Nassfeld. It is about a 20-minute drive to the ski slopes. You can find the bus times online or at reception.

Thanks to our live webcam at EuroParcs Hermagor · Nassfeld, you will be up to date with the weather conditions at the park at all times!

We have rooms with ski dryers and ski waxing. In our Alpine Lodges there is a room with a ski boot dryer. 

The ski bus stops directly opposite the holiday park on the main road and takes you to the nearby Nassfeld ski area and many other destinations!

The ski bus runs daily between St. Stefan – Hermagor – Tröpolach – Kirchbach – Dellach – Kötschach-Mauthen and Weissensee – Weissbriach – Hermagor.
