Departure
Are you leaving? We hope you had a pleasant stay. Before you leave, we would like to ask you to leave your accommodation clean and tidy.
- Check-out must be completed by 10am on the day of departure. Check out for campers must be completed by 12.00 noon.
- Please leave the accommodation in good condition
- Take off the bed linen, put it in a pillowcase and place it next to the entrance
- Wash the dishes and put everything clean back in its place
- Switch off the fridge before leaving and leave the door open
- Turn the heating down to 16 degrees
- Please dispose of your rubbish. (The rubbish bin can be found in the car park next to the reception desk)
- Please lock the door and hand in the key at reception

Check-In
Check-in for flats and cottages is possible from 16:00. Campers can check in from 13:00. If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please let the reception know. Reception phone number: +43 4282 2051
Barriers
The entrance barrier to the park is closed from 22:00 to 07:30. If you arrive during this time, you can park in front of the entrance and walk to your house. The exit barrier is open at all times.
Rubbish
Please collect your rubbish and dispose of it in the containers provided.
Orange ribbon
The orange ribbon, which you receive at check-in, opens the entrance barriers & gives you access to the AlpinSPA and the sanitary buildings. So please take good care of it.

What can I do with the Nassfeld +Card?
Upon arrival, every park guest (except guests with seasonal pitches) will receive the 'Nassfeld +Card' free of charge for the duration of their stay. With this card, you get up to 30% discount at various attractions and activities in the Nassfeld region. In addition, this card allows free travel on regional buses, free access to the beach pools of Pressegger See and Hermagor and the use of summer mountain lifts.

In high season, guests can buy bread rolls and other groceries in the campsite shop.
In low season, the shop is closed, but it is possible to order bread rolls from reception the day before. These can be collected from reception the next day.
There is a coffee machine (to be used with euro coins) at reception during opening hours.

Lake Pressegger is only about 4 km away from the campsite. The lake is easily accessible by bike, car or bus.
With the Nassfeld +Card you have free access to the lake.

You can park your car by the pitch. Should you come with more cars, you can park your car in the central car park behind reception.
Is there a transfer from EuroParcs Hermagor to the Nassfeld ski area?

Upon arrival in the winter season, every guest at the park receives the 'WinterCard Premium' from us free of charge. This card allows free use of the ski buses to Nassfeld.
The bus stop is located a few metres from the reception.

For apartments/mobile homes: You can check in at reception from 16:00. Please note that the reservation must be paid in full, otherwise the key cannot be handed over. Tourist tax is charged only on site. You pay this and all other extras directly on site. Therefore, always come to reception before departure.
For camping pitches: You can check in at reception from 12:00.
For check-in, we need proof of identity from the main booker.

Yes, you can enjoy winter camping with us during the whole winter.
What is the difference between a standard pitch and a comfort pitch?
What is the difference between a standard pitch and a comfort pitch?
The comfort pitch with electricity and private water drainage is about 80-120 m² and has an electricity connection and a TV cable connection.
The standard pitch is about 80-100 m² and has an electricity connection.
