To make your stay at EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld as pleasant as possible, you will find the most important practical information about your arrival and stay below.

Check-in

For accommodations, check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Campers can check in from 1:00 PM.

Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please let our reception know in advance by calling +43 4282 2051.

Barrier gates

The park's barrier gate is closed from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

If you arrive between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM, you can park your car in front of the entrance and walk to your accommodation from there. The barrier gate at the exit is always open.

Waste

Please collect your waste during your stay and dispose of it in the designated containers on the park.

Orange wristband

The orange wristband you receive at check-in is important during your stay. It gives you access through the barrier gates and provides access to AlpinSPA and the sanitary facilities.

Please make sure to keep your wristband safe.

Problems and defects

Problems can sometimes occur during your stay. Please report malfunctions, defects or other issues to reception as soon as possible. This allows us to take action immediately and help you as quickly as possible.

By public transport

EuroParcs Hermagor-Nassfeld is easily accessible by public transport. Travel by train to Hermagor and take the regional bus from there towards the park. The bus stop is located close to the park.

What can I do with the Nassfeld +Card?

Upon arrival, every park guest (except guests with seasonal pitches) will receive the 'Nassfeld +Card' free of charge for the duration of their stay. With this card, you get up to 30% discount at various attractions and activities in the Nassfeld region. In addition, this card allows free travel on regional buses, free access to the beach pools of Pressegger See and Hermagor and the use of summer mountain lifts.

Is there a bread roll service at holiday park EuroParcs Hermagor?

In high season, guests can buy bread rolls and other groceries in the campsite shop.
In low season, the shop is closed, but it is possible to order bread rolls from reception the day before. These can be collected from reception the next day.
There is a coffee machine (to be used with euro coins) at reception during opening hours.

How far is Pressegger See from EuroParcs Hermagor?

Lake Pressegger is only about 4 km away from the campsite. The lake is easily accessible by bike, car or bus.
With the Nassfeld +Card you have free access to the lake.

How many ampere electricity do the pitches have?

The pitches have 8 amp electricity.

Are cars allowed on the campsite?

You can park your car by the pitch. Should you come with more cars, you can park your car in the central car park behind reception.

Is there a transfer from EuroParcs Hermagor to the Nassfeld ski area?

A bus stop is located just a few meters from the reception. From there, the ski bus takes you comfortably and directly to the Nassfeld ski area.

How can I check in/out outside reception opening hours?

For apartments/mobile homes: You can check in at reception from 16:00. Please note that the reservation must be paid in full, otherwise the key cannot be handed over. Tourist tax is charged only on site. You pay this and all other extras directly on site. Therefore, always come to reception before departure.
For camping pitches: You can check in at reception from 12:00.

For check-in, we need proof of identity from the main booker.

Can I winter camp at EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld?

Yes, you can camp with us throughout the winter. Enjoy our campsite during the ski season too.

What is the difference between a standard pitch and a comfort pitch?

The comfort pitch with electricity and private water drainage is about 80-120 m² and has an electricity connection and a TV cable connection.
The standard pitch is about 80-100 m² and has an electricity connection.

Are barbecues allowed at the campsite?

Barbecuing is only allowed on our campsite with a gas or electric barbecue.
