Beach Hermagor
With the Holiday Plus Card, you have free access to Hermagor's beach pool. There are also all kinds of facilities here such as a restaurant, ice cream bar, a large playground, a minigolf.
Schluga beach
At Lake Pressegger See there is a lovely beach pool that you, as a guest of EuroParcs Hermagor Nassfeld and EuroParcs Pressegger See, can use free of charge on presentation of your orange wristband. Come and enjoy the beautiful Schluga beach pool with its volleyball court, football pitch, table tennis tables, cosy beach bar and for the children (also fun for adults, by the way) a large air cushion on the water! Here you can really enjoy yourself for hours. And as the only beach pool in the area, you can bring your four-legged friend along too! Dogs are allowed in for a fee, there is a special dog area.

Nassfeld
In the summer, the huge Nassfeld ski area changes into a beautiful green mountain landscape where there is a lot to experience. For example, you can whiz down the Pendolino, the longest summer toboggan run in Carinthia. There are also numerous hiking and mountain biking trails for novice and experienced hikers and mountain bikers through the beautiful mountains and along the lakes. From the Pressegger See to the Weissensee, you can enjoy swimming with the whole family in the warm Carinthian lakes.
Weissensee
The Weissensee is extremely popular during summer. That's no surprise: it is the cleanest lake in Carinthia and there are countless water recreation options, such as diving courses and water skiing lessons. You can also rent a motorboat there. But even if you want to do nothing and relax, the Weissensee is a wonderful place to stay!
Garnitzenklamm
Over the past millennia, the Garnitzenbach stream has carved its way into the rocks of the Carnic Alps, slowly but surely creating a breathtaking natural landscape: cascading waterfalls, green bays and beautiful rock formations are the result of this process. You will also find rare and protected plant species and impressively high rock walls in this area, making the Gartnitzenklamm a spectacular nature experience.
Burg Landskron
The castle ruins of Landskron are located at an altitude of 660 meters and visiting them can be a nice outing for the whole family. In addition to the interesting history dating back to 1351, you will discover a gastronomic restaurant and a fun children's program with a puzzle rally. At castle ruins Landkron you can admire eagles during the impressive birds of prey show. The Affenberg, which is located next to the castle, is the largest open-air monkey enclosure in Austria with no fewer than 160 monkeys!
Villach
In the Carinthian town of Villach, tradition and modern life meet. Untouched nature and a vibrant city life characterize the city and there is a rich history to discover. Experience the local culture and taste Carinthian culinary delicacies. Take lovely walks on the cobbled streets of the city center, soak up the Austrian atmosphere and admire the colourful, historic buildings.
Tennis
The tennis hall is located next to the "Sportcafé Flaschberger", approx. 50 m from EuroParcs Hermagor · Nassfeld. The two indoor courts and the outdoor court have a granulate sliding surface. Tennis courses or coaching sessions are bookable at any time. Contact: Tennis Flaschberger

Skiing in Nassfeld
Nassfeld, Carinthia's largest ski resort, has more than 110 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes that are suitable for the whole family and fully equipped with snow cannons. The cable car, which can be reached quickly by car or bus, takes winter sports enthusiasts to the summit in just 20 minutes, covering a distance of 6,000 meters and an altitude difference of 1,300 meters. There, a breathtaking panoramic view of the Julian Alps, the Italian Mangart, and the rest of the ski resort awaits. Of course, there are also plenty of opportunities for snowboarders – the Nassfeld Snowpark has various kickers, boxes, and rails for all levels.
Weissensee
In winter, Lake Weissensee can freeze over, forming the largest closed natural ice surface in Europe at 6.5 square kilometers. Approximately 25 kilometers of well-maintained ice rinks delight skaters and (amateur) ice hockey players. Around the lake, there are trails for sleigh rides and cross-country skiing, and skiers and sledders will also find plenty to enjoy in the area. In short: the Weissensee and its immediate surroundings are well worth a visit.
Cross-country skiing in the Gailtal Valley
The 130 kilometers of hiking trails through the center of the Gailtal valley offer picturesque views of the Carinthian winter landscape. Different levels of difficulty and routes ensure that you can discover a new route every day.
Christmas market in Villach
In Villach, the city of light, Christmas fans can expect a particularly beautiful atmosphere. During Advent, the church tower of the parish church shines like a burning candle above the rooftops of the old town. The lovingly decorated huts and glowing lights create a warm Christmas atmosphere, while the culinary highlights guarantee a feast for the palate.
Here you can discover the handmade gift items from the market exhibitors and watch children glide across the ice rink at Rathausplatz. At the Villach Hut Advent, the Villach Culinary Advent, and the Villach Art Advent, everyone will find a contemplative Christmas market holiday.

Christmas market in Klagenfurt
The Christmas market on Neuer Platz in the Carinthian capital Klagenfurt is like a Christmas dream come true. A visit is always worthwhile.
Around Advent, visitors from near and far come to marvel at Christmas crafts, modern and traditional gift items, and to taste typical delicacies from Carinthian innkeepers. The crowning highlight of this winter season: an Advent boat trip on Lake Wörthersee, which takes you to the Advent markets in Pörtschach, Velden, and the Pyramidenkogel. The Advent season also attracts visitors with winter and Christmas songs performed by Carinthian choirs.

Weissbriach ski resort
The ski area in Weissbriach is perfect for families, as there are no overcrowded slopes here. With its five kilometers of slopes ranging from easy to intermediate, Weissbriach is a small but charming ski area that is especially suitable for beginners.
There is a practice meadow with a magic carpet, a ski school, ski rental, and a floodlit toboggan run. EuroParcs Hermagor - Nassfeld is only a 15–20 minute drive away by car. The ski bus also takes you quickly from the Nassfeld ski area to Weissbriach.
But there are also plenty of other activities: 30 kilometers of cross-country trails, winter hiking paths, and an indoor swimming pool for water fun after a successful day of skiing.
